Pinaka provides online booking, confirmations, and reminders for small businesses. By creating an account or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.

For businesses

If you offer services through Pinaka, you confirm that you hold the local permits, tax registrations, and professional licenses required for those services. You are responsible for the services you offer, your appointments, and your interactions with customers.

For customers

When you book, provide accurate contact details so the business can confirm and remind you. Treat businesses and their time respectfully.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse, scrape, spam, or otherwise disrupt the service or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The service is provided "as is"

Pinaka is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous twelve months (€0 for free accounts).

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and any disputes will be resolved in the Greek courts.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms we will post the new version on this page with an updated date.
